Easy Camping Spots in Southern Utah

Happy Memorial Day! It’s the unofficial welcoming of summer and all things outdoors!

And while it may be getting a little warm for it, it’s still a fun time to camp and get out to have some good family memories!

We went out on our first camping expedition last week. I’m sooo not used to the idea of camping, but our kids had fun and we’re excited to do it again soon!

There are three kinds of camping that I’ll go over:

Designated Campsites: typically a paid fee, but have lots of amenities

Wild Camping: usually on BLM land and is free to go. Leave no trace: You pack in/pack out.

Glamping: basically a hotel but in the great outdoors 😜

Here are some designated camping places that I’ve found in the area. Most have a $$ to camp and require reservations. They also have most amenities, but each place is different so be sure to look them up before you go!
